Lightweight steel used has significant recycled content, varying with producer. When Omni-Globe building is eventually demolished, all concrete and steel can be recycled.

Omni-Globe can accommodate additional insulation.

Most panels are produced using locally sourced materials.

• Innovation credit – Transportation

Light Elements can be efficiently loaded, meaning less truck loads are needed – cutting fuel consumption, air pollution, tire wear and reducing environmental impact.
